This machine is specifically designed to mill the ends of wooden boards (a set of 4 pieces) and drill 3 holes at the end of the stroke.
Both the distance between the cutters and the position of the drill bits are adjustable. The feed is electromechanical and adjustable; the machine runs an automatic cycle with manual loading, PLC-controlled with a screen for entering parameters.
Main Features
- Drive: electromechanical, with two recirculating ball screws driven by synchronous belts and a high-torque stepper motor. Pneumatic side clamping and ejection.
- Power: 3 HP on each router head; 1 HP on each drilling spindle.
- Adjustments: height and length of the router heads (mechanical); hole depth and feed (by parameter on the screen).
